Northern Ireland is facing a social housing crisis where demand chronically outstrips supply and where land availability with planning that banks will only fund is in even shorter supply.
Our highly experienced team targets land assets with no planning and assumes carefully calculated planning risk. In doing so AKM are delivering property assets with schemes designed to the exact needs of social housing associations including disability living units, family housing and housing for the elderly. .
Currently AKM Dev has 64 homes, accounting for a GDV in excess of 8 million in planning and hopes to have these projects started in the Autumn.
